Any faculty member or university staff (including student employees) can download Microsoft Office for free.
Here is the site.
-Under the "Resources" heading, click "Download site".
-Enter your identikey username and password
-Choose the appropriate version and software platform and download the .iso file
-For Mac, mount the disc image and install like a normal program
-Windows users need to burn the file on to a CD and enter a License key (instructions on ITS website)
